Payments are processed securely via third-party gateways.

8. Orders, Shipping & Delivery

Orders processed within 24 hours
Delivery in 2–3 working days (may vary)
Delays beyond our control are not our responsibility

9. Replacement & Exchange

Available within 10 days for damaged/defective items
Must be unused and in original packaging
Subject to inspection and Company approval

10. Returns & Refunds

Returns accepted only if unused and justified
Refunds processed within 7–10 business days after approval
Company reserves right to reject claims not meeting policy

11. Warranty

3-month limited warranty for manufacturing defects
Claims require proof of purchase and visual evidence
Does not cover damage due to misuse or normal wear and tear

12. Order Cancellations

Allowed before dispatch only
Post-dispatch cancellations not accepted
Full refund within 7–10 business days for valid cancellations

13. Product Usage Disclaimer

14. Indemnification

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, India.

19. Dispute Resolution

Disputes not resolved amicably within 30 days shall be referred to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Seat of arbitration: Chennai. Language: English.
